- Return/exchange policy: Returns: Unused, unworn items in their original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. Please pack items carefully in a box and enclose a copy of your packing slip with the return, and ship from any post office. We recommend that you track your return so that you may confirm we have received it. Exchanges: Unused, unworn items in their original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. About one of a kind items: Items listed in the online catalog as “one of a kind” may have a price range listed. Prices vary depending on the individual item’s detail work, fabric, and size.
